1. Prepare gloves, 70%+ isopropyl alcohol solution, and a clean container.
2. Wear gloves to prevent contamination.
3. Inspect the tip for any damage or debris.
4. Submerge the tip in alcohol solution for several minutes, or spray thoroughly.
5. Allow to air dry before attaching to the device.
